Experience a tasting with us
We offer tastings for both the more well-trained drinker to the ones who seek out to try something new. The tastings are conducted in your tempo and level of knowledge. The most important is to taste and learn! Our tastings require you to be minimum 6 people per tasting.
Nature wine
Nature wine with it's many expressions and peoples split opinions. Come and take a deep dive in to how it's created, why you would find more or less funkyness to the wines. Learn to define the characteristics for the individual grapes and areas. Simply just taste something new!
Craft Beer
Craft beers are here to stay and with the many many small breweries around the globe did it become a fun trail of discoveries. We are here to guide through some of our findes and learnings. What is the different techniques for IPA's? Why is it called a pilsner and why is it so difficult to make?
Whisky
Peated or non peated? The question that you either quickly answer or makes you confused. Learn about the golden spirit which has it's roots from Scotland to Japan. Weather you like your whisky silky smooth or potent smoky we got you covered.

The gin market is growing steadily and so does the private peoples home collection. Ordering a gin and tonic today ain't a simple task with gins many flavour profiles. The bouquets of botanicals gives gin it's layers of flavours which each gives every gin a specifik purpose.

The light
You get guided through 4 different natural wines. Where you in dept learn where it's from and what does that mean for the end result. We discuss the notes on the nose and pallet.
The middle
Get a bit wider perspective with an extra colour in your tasting. Here you can get 5 tasting glasses in either different colours or the same colour but with different profiles to compare.
The whole round
Get the full experience with 6 glasses of wine. The tasting will change depending on the season and you are welcome to come with input to what you would like.

It's often nice to have a theme in your tasting but of course not necessary to have a great tasting.

By Colour
Yes! Only one colour of wine in different shapes. We could as an example focus on only orange wine and create a tasting that would focus on completely different expressions of the same colour of wine.
By Country
We can with short notice host an Italien or French wine tasting, but we do also collaborate with other importers that specialises in more lesser known areas. So we can offer wine tastings from: Georgia, Moldova, Canary Islands, Hungry, Poland, Czech Republic and Greece.
By Season
We can tailor a tasting to what to drink at the moment. So the wines fits the weather and season. Easter, autumn, christmas, summer, midseasons…
