The name is very fitting to this orange wine because it’s very easy to drink. The taste is light and juicy with mild tannin. In the glass, the wine is beautifully orange and clear compared to other orange wines. The wine smells of orange peel and dried spices with a hint of salt. The fine orange wine is made from 20% moscato and tocai bianco, which are pressed directly and 60% piwi souvnignier gris and 20% piwi Johannites. Separate fermentation with 4 days of skin contact for 80% of the grapes (all piwi). Subsequently, the must is poured together and the wine is stored in cement and steel tanks.
This bottle is so easy to drink that it only comes in 1L bottles.
